Sphere Healthcare’s Moorebank manufacturing facility is a fully integrated, large scale GMP operation covering some 31,000 square metres of land and 15,000 square metres of building space.

The facilities were purpose built in the 1990s to meet the stringent regulatory standards set by the Therapeutic Goods Administration of Australia (TGA) for complementary health manufacture.

Continuing to meet the highest standards of layout, design, water quality control, air handling (HVAC) and validation this is a leading manufacturing facility with global supply capability.

Unique within the Australian manufacturing landscape, the facility includes low humidity suites specifically designed for controlled manufacture of effervescent and other environmentally sensitive products.
