Packaging services are available for Sphere manufactured product or as a discrete service to health care and non health care clients.

Automated packaging and labelling lines can package any dose form manufactured at Sphere
Packaging options available include bottling (Glass/PET/HDPE), blister packaging, specialist effervescent packaging and cream packaging (tube and tub formats).

All dosage forms manufactured by Sphere are also available in a bulk package format.

• Shrink-wrapping and Shrink-sleeving
• Tamper-evident packing
• Induction sealing

Particular attention is paid to printed materials. They are stored in secure conditions such as to exclude unauthorised access. Cut labels and other loose printed materials are stored and transported in separate closed containers so as to avoid mix-ups.

Packaging materials are issued for use only by authorised personnel following an approved and documented procedure.
