• DynoMill – a low heat milling machine to reduce dry particle size.
• Enteric coating of Soft-gels – low reflux
• All capsules are visually inspected to ensure exceptional quality. 

Combining these ingredients with an oil requires a multitude of skill sets and manufacturing techniques along with testing needed to guarantee uniformity and active medicine mix loads.  Sphere current capabilities also include simple straight fish oils with reflux masking in sizes up to 2000mg. 

We are the market leader in producing complex slurries where traditional Vitamin and Mineral products are combined within an oil matrix such as Fish Oil or Krill Oil.
